60-day return policy. If Digistore24’s 60-day return policy applies to your order, the provider calculates the period as two calendar months. To request a return and refund, contact the Digistore24 seller using the support details in your order confirmation. Include your order number if available. For help with returning the printed book, contact chris@gitflash.com and follow the return instructions provided for your order. This extended policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Statutory consumer withdrawal. Where German consumer withdrawal law applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the printed book. The period does not begin before you have received the required withdrawal information. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the Digistore24 seller using the contact details supplied with your order; sending it before the deadline is sufficient. Return the book within 14 days after giving notice, using the return instructions for your order. The extended return policy does not replace or reduce these rights.
